Blockbuster was THE PLACE to visit on Friday night after school so that you could have a new movie to watch over the weekend. The anticipation of going and hoping they still had a copy of the new movie you wanted to see was unmatched. I remember my mom pulling out her little laminated membership card that allowed us to take out up to 2 movies at a time.
